Refund policy
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on lashes or nails so please make sure you have measured your nails properly prior to ordering or have purchased a sizing kit.
Custom sets will need to have a sizing kit to ensure the wrong sizes can't occur as all custom set sales are final.
What happens if my items arrive damaged?
We try our best to make sure your items are packaged with the most care and support for transport, however we do know sometimes items can be damaged during transit. Please email info@crycabeauty.com within 5 days of receiving your order so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
