How long will it take to receive my order?
All lash and premade press on nail orders will be processed within 2-4 business days (not including weekends) Custom size sets and all custom painted sets can take a little while longer.
Basic sets: up to 7 business days
Extravagant designs: 15 business days
Shipping is then 3-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-4 business days for express in Australia after processing.
What if my sizes are wrong?
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges so please make sure you have measured your nails properly prior to ordering or have purchased a sizing kit.
What happens if my items arrive damaged?
We try our best to make sure your items are packaged with the most care and support for transport, however we do know sometimes items can be damaged during transit. Please email info@crycabeauty.com within 5 days of receiving your order so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
How many times can I use my products?
For press on nails, you can use them as many times as you like! Just be sure to take proper care when removing them.
Lashes can be used up to 25 times, even more with proper care!
What are the different shapes I can order my nails in?
So far we have short square, medium coffin, long coffin, long stiletto and medium almond.
How long do press on nails stay on?
With sticky tabs they can last anywhere from 1-4 days and with glue they can last up to a week. Depending on how careful you are with your nails they can last longer or less time.
